Services: Concrete and Masonry Design

All concrete design projects are completed in accordance with CSA A23.3-04 Design of Concrete Structures and in compliance with the Ontario Building Code. All masonry design projects are completed in accordance with CSA S304.1 Masonry Design for Building and in compliance with the Ontario Building Code. We have a practical knowledge of all concrete and masonry construction components including:

  • Reinforced concrete slab (engineered slabs)
  • Reinforced and plan concrete footings
  • Foundation walls
  • Reinforced concrete beams
  • One way and two way floor slabs
  • Shear walls
  • Reinforced concrete columns
  • Concrete anchors (dowels, anchor bolts, Hilti fasteners)
  • Analysis and restoration of old stone foundation walls
